Booking Process

Once you have found a Retreat Event you would like to book, the booking process continues in the following stages:

  1. Add the Retreat Event to your basket.
  2. Checkout and pay either using a debit/credit card or through Paypal.
  3. This will send an automated email to the Retreat Owner.
  4. The Retreat Owner has 72 hours in which to accept your booking request for that particular Retreat Event.
  5. If the Retreat Owner accepts, then you will receive a email confirmation.
  6. If the Retreat Event has the option of a deposit, then you will receive an invoice when the Retreat Owner has confirmed the booking for the remaining balance which will need to be paid 60 days before the beginning of the Retreat Event.
