Description of the Retreat

In a world where yoga has often become over-commercialized, we invite you to rediscover its true essence. Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is designed for those who seek more than just a certification. With us, you’ll experience the heart of yoga, as it was meant to be practiced: as a holistic journey of body, mind, and soul involving physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies.

This is a program for seekers, not just teachers. We offer traditional teachings from yogic & vedic science.

A Path of Transformation, On and Off the Mat
Our program isn’t just about learning to teach asanas or postures. It’s about developing the mindset, knowledge, and tools to create a life with true purpose. Rooted in the time-honored traditions of classical Indian yoga, we explore the philosophical, spiritual, and practical aspects of yoga as a complete way of being.

In our yoga teacher training program you’ll learn:

Yoga techniques, training & practice
Yoga anatomy & physiology
Yoga philosophy, lifestyle & ethics
Teaching methodology
Practical teaching experience
The true essence of yoga
Beyond that, you will learn about life and yourself. you won’t be the same person leaving. Consciousness expanded. This is not about the latest yoga trends or the perfect Instagram pose. This is about walking an ancient path, learning from the source, and sharing that wisdom with others.

After three serene weeks in paradise, you’ll leave our retreat feeling reinvigorated, nourished, and confident about taking the next steps on your journey.

Teacher/Teachings

During the 3 years I spent in India, I was taught by a teacher doctor in Ayurveda who holds a PhD in Pranayama yoga from Gurukul Kangri University, based in Haridwar, one of the oldest yoga university of the world, in the world capital of Yoga. I successfully completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training course registered with the International Yoga Alliance.

In addition, I spent 10 years in Asia deepening my knowledge and gave up to 700 classes in 6 months at a rate of 120 classes per month before becoming a trainer myself.

I have been able to share yoga and Ayurveda in many places: ashrams, yoga studios, fitness centers, bank headquarters, palace hotels, stock exchange companies, universities, retirement homes, schools for children in India, the United Arab Emirates, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Bali and French Polynesia.

It is thousands of students that have benefited from my sharing, including several hundred students that I have trained to become yoga teachers. I have accumulated a total of 7000 hours of teaching of Yoga and Ayurveda including leading  over 25 Yttc througha dozen of countries and five continents.

These Thai-style bungalows offer students a place to rest and relax outside of lessons. Pricing is based on two people sharing but sole occupancy is available for an additional fee (see pricing here). Explore the accommodation for yourself by viewing the photo gallery…

The resort itself is a paradise with over 80,000 square metres of lush tropical gardens and a private beach offering over 3 kilometres of pristine sandy shores. Students can experience authentic Thai living surrounded by luscious green grass, free-roaming buffaloes, and tropical coconut trees.

It’s a family-run venue that aims to sustain the nature and culture of Thailand. The resort wants to pass that love and care forward to their community. And you’ll feel it through every little detail, from the traditional design of the bungalows to the preservation of the local environment.

Food

We offer the only truly Ayurvedic yoga teacher training in Thailand. Our program has been developed by an Ayurvedic doctor (with a PhD in Pranayama Yoga from India’s top yoga university). And every student enjoys Ayurvedic sattvic meals tailored to their unique constitution for their entire stay.

Make your food your medicine, make your medicine your food.
Feel more energized and aligned by nourishing your body with Ayurvedic meals that can’t be experienced elsewhere.

We put our intention on the growth and expansion of self-love of each one of our students. One of the ways we facilitate this is by enabling you to adopt an Ayurvedic diet during your training. Your meals will be based on your unique Ayurvedic body constitution so is tailored for each student.

A diet based on Ayurvedic medicine focuses on balancing different types of energy within your body to improve health. You’ll enjoy nourishing whole foods with plenty of fresh, organic produce, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices. And if you have special dietary requirements such as allergies or intolerances, we can cater to those too.

This school serves only sattvic food. This means you won’t find coffee, tea, garlic, onion, meat, alcohol, or any transformed food on our menus. Just like at an ashram in India, consumption of these items is prohibited while you’re studying with us.

We provide a healthy, plant-based diet based on the individuality and the unicity of each student, to provide love to the body. Your training package includes three meals a day, except on days off, when you’ll likely be out and about exploring the local area.

You’ll also be involved in farming and gardening where you’ll get to nurture plants that provide the healthy basis of your fresh meals. It’s a way to provide grounding and love to Mother Earth, support mental and emotional needs, all while processing life transformation tools and techniques on the body and mind during the 3-week program.

Join us for an Ayurvedic yoga training experience that’s customized to your unique constitution…
