HELLO my dear ZUMBA® LOVERS, YOGA NEWBIES and SEEKERS, and off course PARADISE FANS!!!
I am doing IT again!!! A week in Montezuma Costa Rica, doing what we LOVE, eating the HEALTHIEST meals and congregating with nature. This is a Retreat to remember!!!

This Retreat is designed for EVERYONE, even if YOU do NOt want to do YOGA, or ZUMBA or anything else for that matter and ALL YOU want to do is CHILL OUT, we got YOU covered!

My retreaters will be able to add classes or excursions a La Carte, DOUBLE YEAY!!! Plus, NOW, we will have YOGA TWICE a day, YES, but, NO FRET, you don’t have to OM with me twice, you can choose to have just ONE Yoga class or none…YOU will build YOUR own RETREAT!!! I LOVE that!! Options, options!!! All about it!!
There will be pricing for just Meals and Accommodations package, and the ADDs ON as desired!!! Oh, and theres 13% tax that has become mandatory to be charged, so, I did the math and you will see how much it will be for the accommodations you choose.

Anamaya Retreat Base Rates
* 7 nights of accommodations plus 3 healthy meals per day (not including classes, tours or alcoholic beverages). Prices are in USD and per person. Our retreats are a full 7-day experience, which is always Saturday to Saturday.

First price listed is for the Low Season (May-Oct).

Dorm $895 per week (plus tax) – in our Gaia House or Casita(Partial View), for up to 5 people. Gaia has 2 lofts, Gaia has full panoramic ocean view and 2 bathrooms. For women only.

Double $1,295 per week (plus tax) – choose one of our beautiful double-occupancy cabinas such as the Ganesh Cabina (couples only), Prana Cabina (couples only), Ananda (Master Suite), Lotus Cabina, Hanuman Cabina, Jungle Cabina (Friends ONLY), or Bali Cabina, each with amazing views and private bathroom. This is ideal for couples or best friends.

Triple $1,095 per week (plus tax) – our Garuda’s Nest Treehouse Tower. For up to 3 people. Placement based on availability and gender.

Single Deluxe $1,895 per week (plus tax) – have one of our double deluxe cabinas to yourself. (Ganesh Cabina, Prana, Lotus or Bali Cabina)

ZUMBA WORKSHOP , does not include any yoga and the Package price for Zumba workshop is $35.

So if you want to add the zumba to your experience on any of the packages , you will need to add ONLY $35 to the package price of your choice.

Cristiane Machado is Brasilian by birth and a Citizen of The Universe by default. Cristiane has been hosting Yoga and Zumba Retreats with us at Anamaya for many years. Her open smile and welcoming energy is one of her best assets, which you will feel as soon as you meet her. Cristiane is filled with Passion for all types of therapeutic movement. Either by flowing the physical body into Asanas along with the breath, or learning how to move the ethereal and energetic bodies into an ecstatic and tantalizing rhythmic dance with the Self, Cristiane believes that EVERY Body is designed to move hence her co-creation of a retreat that combines yoga, breath, meditation and DANCE. Her intention with all of her Retreats and workshops is to create a safe space for her students to explore their most inner talents and desires.

Yoga has been calling her name since she was a teenager. It was an on-and-off relationship until she moved to the USA and attended the Florida School of Massage in 2008, and was reconnected with her deep longing to practice yoga. Surrounded by like minded and spiritual folks, she dove into a journey of self-realization and self-healing. Her practice has taken her to several teachers and guides, and the gifts she has received from each and everyone of them made the call to pass lineages of yoga as therapy for the body and soul along quite loud. She has a 200 hr YTT from Anamaya Retreats with Sasha Dae in 2010 and has been guiding yoga, breath and meditation to all levels since. Her yoga style is a fusion between Hatha, Yin, Flow with hints of Laughing Yoga.

As a Massage Therapist and body worker for past 13 years, Cristiane’s understanding of human body mechanics, adds insight to her teachings of yoga, breath work and movement. Her guidance and cueing in classes are focused on the understanding of HOW our bodies move and get into the Asanas and HOW it connects with the breath, making her practices a profound way to connect with our bodies.

Cristiane has also delved into the studies of Reiki and Johrei (energy work) since she was 13 years old, and she is passionate about making energy accessible and demystified.

ZUMBA® has been a huge part of Cristiane’s career. The exercise in disguise fitness program with Latin and International rhythms came into her life and catapulted her into a global tour teaching Zumba Master Classes and choreography workshops. She worked as Zumba Jammer inspiring and empowering other Zumba instructors to become successful and connect with their students. Through her classes and workshops she has ignited MANY (too many to count) people’s passion for Dance, movement and self expression, resulting in a sense of freedom and total acceptance of our own “imperfections”, which makes us perfect.

As a Brasilian, Cristiane has been raised with an open mind for all types of beliefs, religions and spirituality. She brings with her the knowledge and inspiration from Native South and Central Americans and she is constantly looking for natural and organic tools to empower and awaken our inner teachers. For this week/retreat, she is bringing Sacred Cacao (food of Gods by Mayan’s tradition) and offering a ceremony to open our hearts and set the opening and transformational tone to guide us into a journey of healing and connection. She has been honored to have been initiated as a Sacred Cacao facilitator and she is also a trained Cacaoga® guide.
