Welcome to a transformational initiatory journey for women

A 10 day deep immersion held in the beautiful wild lands of central Portugal in a majestic valley, the creek where 2 rivers meet.

We will be working with the highly curated shamanic Journey work of Medicine Woman Movement, the heartbeat of this work is returning to our indigenous soul.

The Gateway in is embodied ceremony & ritual. You will be skilfully guided through this body of work to a place where deep alchemy unfolds.

> A deeper understanding into Shamanism and how the extraordinary can be seen and felt in the ordinary. How we can bring the medicine of this work into our day to day relationships with loved ones, family, friends and to the wider community and web of life that we are connected to.

During our time in this sacred land we will travel deep into our inner worlds through embodied ceremony and ritual. Returning to ways in which Medicine Women and Earth keepers work, harnessing and communing in relationship with the Sacred Elements, Animal Spirit allies, our Ancestors and the unseen. Working with and harnessing the power of the 4 directions, we journey with a powerful practice of embodied soul retrieval.

As we awaken our wild nature through movement and dance, we begin to drop into the deep mystery & river of our life and longing. Many days we will work with the beautiful heart opening plant medicine of Cacao.

Woven into our journey will be womb and menstrual cycle wisdom, learning how we can live more in alignment with our inner seasons and cyclical nature, how we can reconnect within the ancient wisdom of our womb.

We will have time within our days to rest, to be bathed and nourished in the cleansing sweet waters and waterfall, to rest in the Sun on a secluded beach along the river, to cover our bodies in clay and detoxify our skin, star gazing and singing medicine songs around the fire…

So we can experience the most profound medicine of the land, earth, waters, sky and receive the most healing and transformation from our time together within ceremony – Initiation Ground will be a digital free space, so all devices get switched off (of course anyone who needs to phone home or check in with family etc can) just on the whole we are creating a time offline, off social media, offline to the outer world so we can deeply be here.

Bonnie is a Medicine Woman who draws on over 17 years experience of working with movement and ceremony to support and transform her own journey through life.
She has been in a deep shamanic apprenticeship for over 13 years with the School of Movement Medicine, and was a graduated teacher trained to an advanced level. Bonnie is also a Red School Menstruality mentor working with the raw power of our cycle as a spiritual practice, a shamanic healer who has been working in the healing arts for almost 2 decades. A deeply committed Mother of a beautiful teenage daughter and a baby boy, wife, lover of life and the Sacred. Her pathway and calling over the past few years has called her to initiate her own body of work.

Bonnie is a Ceremonial leader deeply committed to the sacred landscapes of the wild unbroken spirit of life, and to the transformational healing power of Embodied Ceremony and Ritual to reclaim our power that has been lost within the wounds of the past and turn that into medicine to reconnect to our wild self and true heart. She weaves in deep teachings she has gathered from intense Initiations in the Amazon Rainforest and with learnings from an ongoing training with an ancient lineage of Inca Paqo shaman of the high Andes mountains in Peru.

10 nights accommodation includes garden to table meals & healthy snacks throughout the day. All bathrooms are shared.

Eco Pods are every nature lover's dream to sleep to the sensations of nature from the comfort of a cozy bed. They were designed & built with inspiration from sacred geometry.

Shared pods from €120 / £100 pounds per night all meals included

Private pods from €140 / £117 pounds per night all meals included

A non-refundable deposit can be paid to secure your chosen accommodation option & the remainder will be due on arrival at the venue.
