During this 200-hour yoga training, you will deepen your understanding of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, including pranayama, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and teachings. This yoga teacher training in India will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach yoga worldwide. Studying yoga in India offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced Indian teachers who uphold traditional knowledge and practices.

Upon completion, you will receive a globally recognized 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, making you eligible for registration with Yoga Alliance and other international organizations.

Our ashram offers all the necessary amenities, including a yoga hall, a library, tranquil gardens, and comfortable accommodation. Delicious vegetarian meals are served daily.

Teacher/Teachings

Dr. Ram Jain is a highly respected yoga teacher and instructor with over 40,000 hours of teaching experience in yoga and philosophy. He has completed a PhD in Yoga and holds ERYT-500 and YACEP certifications. For over two decades, he has been guiding students in yoga, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Ram helps you achieve balance and prosperity in life through ancient yogic and Vedic wisdom. He is the founder of Arhanta Yoga Ashram, an internationally recognized yoga school with ashrams in India and the Netherlands. Coming from a lineage of spiritual gurus, Dr. Ram combines traditional yoga wisdom with a practical, modern approach to teaching. His clear and well-organized style has guided thousands of students to deepen their practice and become confident yoga teachers. Dedicated to the preservation of authentic yoga, he continues to inspire global communities through his teachings, courses, and in-depth knowledge of yoga philosophy.
