“Happiness is a side effect that comes from good nourishment”. with this in mind, The Bettina’s Kitchen Retreat is based around 3 key principles:

NOURISHMENT: All of the food at the retreat is plant based, 100% organic, and locally sourced. We will not only be enjoying this food at meal times but I will also be teaching you how to prepare it through workshops. We will also cultivate a valuable relationship with what we eat by visiting the farm where our food is grown and getting right to the source by picking our own produce.

MINDFULNESS: By improving the health of our gut, which is our second brain, we nourish our mind. When we eat better, we feel better, it is all linked you see! In the amazing environment of Bali and our personal retreat space we will take the time to properly relax and rejuvenate our minds to supplement the great work we will be doing with our food. I will teach you some simple mindfulness exercises that can easily be implemented once you get home.

THE ART OF SELF CARE: I firmly believe that before one is able to love others one must first love thyself. Step one in this self love practice is coming to join me on this retreat. From this initial gift to yourself I will guide you through your journey to the true art of self care so that you may truly love yourself and the people around you.

BALI: Instead of using outside resources we source the best of Bali – Dewa, “the magic man”, has knowledge and secrets passed down through generations (have you watched eat pray love?), Raden, our Sumatran Sound Healer that will take you on an amazing journey of discovery and many many more suppliers, teachers and friends who will make your stay memorable and truly authentic.

A big surprise on the last night!

Venue:

The venue is truly stunning; nestled in the outskirts of Ubud and surrounded by beautiful gardens and rice fields. This is a brand new venue consisting of 12 private villas each with its own individual pool overlooking the rice fields. There are two accommodation options: a shared villa with ensuite bathroom and private pool, or a single occupancy villa with en-suite bathroom and private pool.

Booking & Payment Conditions:

Due to the very limited number of places available, we kindly request a non-refundable booking deposit of 500 GBP to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start date of the Retreat. The deposit is payable through this LINK

Pricing & Accommodation Options:

We have 2 levels of pricing depending on your chosen accommodation option:

Shared – 1250.00 GBP for shared occupancy in a private villa with ensuite and private pool. (for two persons)

Single – 1750.00 GBP for a private villa with en-suite bathroom and private pool (for one person)
