The Rest & Refresh retreat gives you the freedom to choose how to spend your time in the peaceful and healing land of Sedona.
Enjoy a private or shared Casita, with three meals a day, awe inspiring sunrises and sunsets, walking paths and energy vortexes. Sign up for a daily class or personal consultation with one of our Tao Masters. Rest & Refresh under a beautiful Willow tree at the Meditation Lake and healing garden, or take a stroll through our magnificent vegetable and herb gardens.

We are located in pristine land in Sedona, Arizona, an area long known for natural healing and spiritual awakening. Surrounded by red monoliths, Native American ruins and majestic mountains, our Retreat Center is open for groups, spiritual retreats and other programs for holistic healing and meditation.

Your stay also includes 3 full meals a day, along with access to all of our Amenities.

Outdoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi

Start or end the day with a relaxing swim in the swimming pool or a dip in the Jacuzzi, surrounded by majestic rock formations and stunning starlight views. It’s open year round, so bring your swimsuit; we’ll supply the towels.

Healing Garden and Lake

Take a meditative stroll around our beautifully landscaped lake, surrounded by trees, flowers, aromatic herbs, and many wild birds.

Mago Farm

The beautiful garden at our farm is for you to feel and taste the freshness of our produce. Learn about what we grow and how we grow it from the farmers who work there, and linger afterwards to taste the bounty.

24-hour Lounge

Sit, read, or chat with other guests in our 24-hour lounge, where fresh drinking water and tea are available all day and night.

Healing Vortexes

12 small vortexes on the property form one large vortex with a special energy, where you can experience healing and deep awakening.

Covered Patios & Meditation Areas

Throughout the center, there are beautiful, isolated spots to relax and meditate, providing ample opportunities for you to shut out the world and focus on you.

Gift Shop

If you forget something important, you may be able to find it in our gift shop, which stocks many everyday items. You will also find one-of-a-kind rocks and minerals, beautiful jewelry, clothes, and other items to assist with your retreat.

Peaceful trails to enjoy nature

Across our vast land area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the many trails leading to meditation areas and vortex sites – ideal for exploring and re-connecting with nature.

Wi-Fi connectivity

While you are encouraged to “tune out” as much as possible from non-essential day-to-day communications, Wi-Fi is available in the lounge and meeting rooms.

Laundry

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for use; simply exchange your cash for quarters at the Welcome Center.
