Life is moving really fast. Time is flying by. When we’re in the whirlwind of life, it can be easy to lose ourselves and find our footing on the wrong path.

Pause & Reset is a 6-day women’s wellness retreat dedicated to creating the opportunity and space you need to nourish all aspects of your mind, body and soul. You’ll walk away feeling reconnected and recharged with the tools to create positive changes in life in order to stay balanced and whole.

This is not just a bandaid to escape stress. This is a true RESET.

Journey to the sacred land of Tulum where you will be surrounded by healing waters and embraced in Mother Nature’s jungle. It’s a place for wanderers and dreamers, a sacred Mayan ceremonial site where they honored their gods and celestial events with reverence.

Tulum holds a special place in my heart because it’s where my spiritual journey began in 2013 when I went on my first solo retreat here. Coming from the corporate world feeling lost and drained, Tulum felt like a sanctuary. It was then I realized a need to prioritize my wellbeing in order to accomplish the things I wanted in my life. I’ve been on this journey ever since, and I am passionate about helping others discover the same.

Maureen Zwierzynski (Mother Lotus)

Maureen, also known as Mother Lotus, is an intuitive soul guide. Through soul transforming retreats, intuitive medicine readings, reiki sessions, women’s circles, sound healing, yoga and meditation classes, she works with those who are ready to deepen their inner knowing and create

change in their life so they can live more whole. She has been taught an Earth-wisdom tradition, which she weaves into her teachings and ceremonies. Maureen is currently an apprentice under Sweet Medicine Nation, a Choctaw medicine woman. She is certified as a yoga teacher, life coach, reiki practitioner and an Ayurvedic postpartum doula. Maureen embodies and channels the divine feminine and approaches life with humility, compassion, and gratitude. Because of trauma and challenging experiences as a child, her medicine is in creating safe containers, sacred experiences and ceremonies to help people awaken and live the highest expression of their soul.
