In this day and age we are so connected on social media, but have less and less real life connections we human beings so much need. Human connection is a basic need for people. It gives us a reason to exist and inspires us. We need real contact with others, regardless of whether we surround ourselves with many or few people. So.. reward yourself with some well deserved me-time, put your phone away for just a week to create headspace to reconnect with yourself and get a clearer vision of your goals.

During your retreat all workshops, breakfasts and dinners will be held in the beautiful Villa Torreta. Here we do all the workshops and meals. It is where all of us come together to eat, learn and connect.

The venue has two main buildings - the villa (with 2 levels, including separate entrances) and a tower, again with 2 separate accommodation areas. Both buildings have their own internal living space.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning as do the living areas and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. There are two accomodation options; twin share rooms with two single beds, or private Queen bedrooms.

The retreat accommodation is decorated in a stunning Ibiza/Bohemian style and has a pool for swimming, a bubbling spa pool and a tanning ledge with sunken sun loungers in the shallow water.

There are plenty of comfy seating areas around the villa, inside and out, for time alone or with everyone together. Allowing you to have your own space and connect with the other women in your villa. This offers you privacy and freedom to make this retreat your own, while still feeling connected to the group.

Restaurants and beautiful nature/beaches are also only a 10 minute walk away.

Villa Torreta is a 5-minute walk to a local convenience shop/bakery, and in the other direction a further larger supermarket.
